How To Order A Product

1. Please make your product enquiry by calling 01635 42588 or email us. We will discuss your requirements and advise on the best type of timber to suit your needs.
2. We will arrange to obtain measurements for your product so that your quotation can be prepared. If necessary, we will make a site visit in order to measure up.
3. We will discuss the quotation with you and may proceed with the order.
4. We will arrange a site meeting with you to finalise the exact details and measure up accurately if this has not been done already.
5. Our craftsmen will being manufacturing your product in our workshop. You may arrange a time to call in and visit the workshop before and during the production to confirm timber types and mouldings etc.
6. We will contact you to arrange delivery or collection of your finished product.
